Our price for 2024 is 17$/lbs.
We take reservations from June 1st 2024.
The meat will be available in November. We will contact you when it is ready for pick-up/delivery arrangements. Please note that there will be a $10 delivery charge for orders under $100.
Here is what you will find in your standard cutting box (17$/lbs), all pieces are vaccum sealed.
Whole lamb, 25 to 30 lbs (425$ to 510$) : Leg roast (2), Shank (4), Steak (2 pack of 2), 1 lb of cubes (2), 1 lb of ground (4), Shoulder roast (2), French rib (2), Loin chops (5 pack of 2), Soup bone (2), Offal (heart, liver, kidney). Deposit option : 100$
Half lamb, 12 to 15 lbs (204$ to 255$) : Leg roast (1), Shank (2), Steak (1 pack of 2), 1 lb of cubes (1), 1 lb of ground (2), Shoulder roast (1), French rib (1), Loin chops (2-3 pack of 2), Soup bone (1), Offal (heart, liver, kidney). Deposit option : 50$
Quarter lamb, 7 to 9 lbs (119$ to 153$) : Leg roast OR shoulder (1), Shank (1), 1 lb of cubes (1) OR steak (1 pack of 2), 1 lb of ground (1), French rib (1) OR loin chops (2-3 pack of 2), Soup bone (1), Offal (heart, liver, kidney) Deposit option : 25$
If you select the custom cutting option, we will contact you by email to discuss the details.
Why should I make a deposit when making a reservation?
Implementing a deposit system will help us cover our expenses during the summer. For you, the benefit will be to distribute the payment rather than having a large bill all at once. The deposit is on a voluntary basis, if you cannot make a payment now, we will still accept your reservation! Please note that the deposit is refundable if the meat order is cancelled before August 31, 2024.
