Instructions: Rub the bar directly into your hair. You can also rub it into your hands and apply it to your hair afterwards. Apply at mid-length of hair, wait and rinse. 

Application time: 4-5 minutes (dry hair), 2-3 minutes (normal hair), 1 minute (oily hair).
