Yes! Visits to the farm are held one Sunday per month, from May to September. You must reserve your place here by purchasing a ticket for $6 per adult and it’s free for children under 18.

The icelandic sheep are raised 100% on pasture as soon as the weather permits (May) until it snows (mid-November). During this period, the sheep eat only grass and have access to a new patch of grass every other day. When the snow arrives, they are returned to the barn for the breeding season. They are fed only hay with access to minerals and salt.

The breed of chicken we raise is the rustic ranger. It is a slow growing breed that takes 12 weeks to mature. The first 4 weeks of their life is spend in the warm barn and out of the weather. They must have their adult feathers before going outside. At the end of the fourth week, our chickens are 24 hours on pasture. We move their pen once a week. They are eating grass, insects and grain.

Reservations open on June 1st for lamb (whole, half and quarter) and chicken (whole). Reservations can be made online through our online store. To place your order, click here. The meat will be available in summer for chicken and in fall for lamb.

Since sheep’s milk is rich in fat (about 7%), it allows us to make a moisturizing and soft product for the skin. All our soaps are made with 25% sheep’s milk.

A bar of soap lasts about 3 weeks. Several aspects will make its life span vary, for example the frequency of showers, the way you use it (directly on the skin or on a wipe), the temperature of the water, etc.

It is important that the bar does not stand in water between uses.

A shampoo bar lasts about 60 washes, depending on the length and thickness of your hair.

A conditioner bar lasts about 80 washes, depending on the length and thickness of your hair.
